The furniture will replace old, broken furniture at the Johannesburg SPCA as well as other needy SPCAs, including the Bloemfontein branch.

Celeste Houseman, GM of inspectorate and management at Johannesburg SPCA comments: ‘We truly appreciate Antalis’ generosity and for choosing us as a beneficiary. Thank you on behalf of all the animals we serve in Johannesburg and the Krugersdorp areas.’

Jolene Beyleveld, public relations for the Johannesburg SPCA, thanked the company in a letter to Antalis’ MD, Raymond Waldeck. He says it was pleasing for the company to make the donation, adding: ‘The SPCA is an organisation of hard-working people, who deserve assistance from society and corporates.’
